Sophie Pic, a third-generation family chef, continues to run the restaurant. She is one of a few female chefs who own a three-star Michelin restaurant.
A nine-course meal will be served. It will include Mediterranean Rouget in a saffron soup, banon goat cheese Berlinergots, deer marinated with sake lees squab and candied turnips.
Sophie is well-known for her experimental approach to food. She uses unusual flavours to create dishes that are visually appealing and pleasing to the palate.
